Thai Government Extends Visa-Free Stay to 60 Days

Thailand has announced an expanded visa policy aimed at enhancing tourism accessibility. Effective immediately, citizens from 93 countries, including Italy, can enter visa-free or obtain a visa on arrival for up to 60 days, doubling the previous stay duration. This includes extending stays for visitors from 57 nations like the United States and Japan, and granting 60-day access to 13 other countries such as India. Additionally, six new countries, including China and Russia, now enjoy visa waivers, while 17 nations, including Jordan and Sri Lanka, qualify for visas on arrival, all part of Thailand's efforts to boost tourism.
