Royal Srl and BC Paint Group Sign Framework Agreement for Production Partnership in Thailand
Bangkok, June 11, 2024 – Royal Srl, a leading Italian company specialized in advanced chemical products for the stone and surface industries, has officially signed a Framework Agreement with BC Paint Group, a historic player in the Thai paint and coatings industry. The signing ceremony took place at Bangkok China Paint Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located at 400 Soi Pookmitre, Old Railway Road, Samrongtai, Prapradaeng, Samutprakan 10130, Thailand.
This landmark agreement establishes a significant production partnership, allowing Royal Srl to manufacture its range of high-quality chemical products in Thailand. This collaboration leverages BC Paint Group’s extensive experience and production capabilities, ensuring that Italian top-quality products are brought to Asian customers efficiently and effectively. The partnership positions Thailand as a central production and logistics hub in South-East Asia, enhancing the supply chain and delivering superior products to the market.
Royal Srl is the first and only Italian company in the chemicals for stone and surface industry to establish its own production in South-East Asia. This strategic move was made possible through the visionary leadership of Mr. Maurizio Bertoglio, CEO of Royal, whose commitment to building outstanding production capabilities has been unwavering. Mr. Bertoglio has long recognized Asia as a pivotal market for Italian chemicals dedicated to the stone industry.
The agreement is the culmination of a shared vision and comprehensive negotiations between Ms. Pylin Jane Sanguanpiyapand, Director of Sales and Marketing at BC Paint, and Mr. Fabio Cardani, who oversees Royal’s operations in South-East Asia.
