[PPR] Polselli La Farina Italiana at The Food School Bangkok by KCG Corporation

Bangkok, 13 February 2024 - The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce supported its premium member company, KCG Corporation, in the creation of the private Italian Food event: "Polselli La Farina Italiana", at The Food School Bangkok. The event represents another milestone for Italian quality products in Thailand, and it was enriched with the presence of Chef Paolo, from Polselli Academy, who performed a pizza show, explaining and making the two main types of pizza to show differences and propose suggestions in order to get the perfect result.

Born in Arce, in the province of Frosinone, in the first half of the twentieth century, from a small artisan reality, Polselli today is the protagonist in the quality milling sector. Guided by the entrepreneurial experience of a family that has now reached its fourth generation, the company works every day to satisfy the needs of consumers, with unique, natural and innovative products.
