Lightsculptures and Cappucciodesignstudio celebrated being the 2023 recipient of 3 International Lighting Design Awards at the TICC Christmas Gala Dinner

Founded by Francesco Brancaccio, Suveera Bhandhukravi and Francesco Cappuccio, Lightsculptures Co.,Ltd. and Cappucciodesignstudio celebrated being the 2023 recipient of 3 International Lighting Design Awards at the Christmas Gala Dinner hosted by the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) on 7th December 2023.  Lightsculptures Co.,Ltd. is an award winning Bangkok-based design firm specialized in decorative lighting design, manufacturing & installation.

It is a historic occasion and reason for celebration as this is the first time that a Thai design company has been awarded the MUSE Design awards concurrently with 2 LIT Design awards in 2 separate categories.  The award winning lightings were designed by Arch. Francesco Cappuccio & Lightsculptures design team with production by Lightsculptures Co.,Ltd.

The first award was the LIT award for Pavilion Damansara Heights "The Pavilion Crown" in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the category of LED Exterior Lighting Design.  Accepting the award on behalf of Pavilion Damansara Heights was Lightsculptures Executive Director, Ms. Suveera Bhandhukravi and Arch. Francesco Cappuccio, Creative Director of Lightsculptures & Founder of Cappucciodesignstudio.

The second award was the MUSE Design award for Accor Sofitel Sukhumvit "WAI" in Bangkok, Thailand.  Four recipients took to the stage to receive the awards trophies from Secretary-General of TICC, Mr. Giacomo Iobizzi.  The first was Mr. David Talbot, Hotel Manager of Sofitel Sukhumvit, who accepted the award on behalf of Accor Group, the second was Ms. Sasithorn Kanwisit, Cluster Director of Business Development of Sofitel Sukhumvit, the third Mr. Sapparit Panja, Executive Director of P49, the interior design firm responsible for Sofitel Sukhumvit stunning interior.  The fourth Arch. Francesco Cappuccio.​

The third award was another LIT award for Le Meridien Saigon Akuna Restaurant "The Akuna Lighting Experience" in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, under the category of Bar & Restaurant Lighting Design.  Lightsculptures own Managing Director, Francesco Brancaccio, and Akuna Restaurant Manager, Mr. Desiderio Bevilacqua, accepted the award on behalf of Le Meridien Saigon and for Akuna restaurant.
