Congratulations to our The BEST Tiramisu WINNERS!

The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) hosted "The BEST Tiramisu Competition" on August 27 at the Chamber's TICC CONNECT. This exciting event brought together both professional chefs and amateur cooks to showcase their Tiramisu creations in two categories: traditional and creative. The competition featured a panel of esteemed judges who evaluated the entries based on taste, presentation, and authenticity.

By the end of the day, the winners were announced: the Authentic Tiramisu category was won by Yodying Phoomcharoom, who impressed the judges with their adherence to the traditional recipe, the Creative Tiramisu category was claimed by Jeriko Van Der Wolf, whose innovative twist on the classic dessert captivated everyone.

The winner in each category will be awarded a prize valued at 5,000 baht generously provided by our Sponsors. This event not only celebrated the rich tradition of Italian cuisine but also empowered participants with the knowledge and skills to create and perfect delicious Tiramisu at home.

TICC was honored to welcome the Counsellor of the Italian Embassy to Thailand, Mrs. Francesca Blasone, whose presence added a distinguished touch to the event. Her participation highlighted the strong ties between the Thai and Italian communities and further enhanced the celebration of Italian culinary tradition.
