BuonDee EP.10: A Taste of True Italian Coffee with Caffè Vergnano 1882 & Rocket Espresso

On 7 August 2025, TICC Connect was transformed into a warm and inviting Italian-style café for BuonDee Episode 10, offering participants an immersive journey into the authentic world of Italian espresso.

This special edition was made possible through the generous support of Great Earth, and featured an exclusive collaboration with Caffè Vergnano 1882, one of Italy’s most historic coffee roasters, alongside the innovative espresso machines of Rocket Espresso Milano.

Throughout the session, guests had the opportunity to:

• Discover the full espresso journey from bean to cup

• Learn about blend profiles, slow roasting methods, and extraction techniques

• Participate in live demonstrations using Rocket Espresso machines

The atmosphere was filled with the rich aroma of coffee and lively conversations, as attendees engaged with the craft of Italian coffee-making. Many expressed appreciation for the hands-on experience and deeper understanding of the traditions behind Italy’s beloved beverage.
