About
Company Background (for Business Directory): Sync Group was founded over 30 years ago from a family intuition: transforming a disused
barn into a small mechanical workshop. Established by Antonio Castellan, the company
immediately specialized in the maintenance of industrial machinery and was named C.A.G.
Castellan.
In 1996, growth led to a move to a new location, where a technical office was set up to
support expansion.
In 1997, thanks to the initiative of his son Gianfranco, a new business was launched:
Ci.A.Gi. Compressori, specializing in compressed air management.
In 2023, the company adopted the name Sync Group, marking an important step towards
internationalization and the future, incorporating the mechanical division, Sync Tecnologie
Meccaniche (formerly C.A.G.), and the Compressed Air division, formerly Ci.A.Gi.
Compressori.
In 2025, the company entered the Asian market, opening an office in Bangkok. This will
become a reference point for industrial development in Thailand.
Today, with headquarters in Mel (BL), Sync Group is a reliable partner for tailor-made
industrial solutions, ranging from mechanics to automation, including compressed air
systems and specialized maintenance.
