Silenziatori” was established in 1928 in Mandello Del Lario(Italy) that is called “the city of
the engines and of Moto Guzzi” located in Como Lake area.
The company started the activity with production of silencers for the expanding Moto Guzzi,
and later in the second “afterwar” period Lafranconi continued its growth and it confirmed
as Italian and European Leader in the production of exhausts systems and silencers for
motorbikes, engines and agricultural vehicles.
The company’s main clients are some of the leading global automotive manufacturers,
including Ducati, BMW Motorrad, Piaggio/Moto Guzzi, Harley Davidson , Carraro, Atlas
Copco and Same Deutz Fahr.
LAFRANCONI Silenziatori (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of LAFRANCONI Italy, it was
established in 2014 and started operation in March 2015. The company specializes in
manufacturing exhausts and silencers, with main processes as manual and robot welding,
metal stamping, surface finishing ( Brushing) and final assembly plus final control. Main
customers are BMW Motorrad and Ducati.
