The story of Rustichella d' Abruzzo begins in Penne, a small town in the heart of Abruzzo, halfway between the Adriatic sea and the moutains. In 1980 under the watchful eye of Piero Peduzzi, Gianluigi and Maria Stefania's father, Pastificio Gaetano Sergiacomo became Rustichella d'Abruzzo, Guaranteella quality and authenticity, the Peduzzi brothers focused their energies on creating a company image the identifies Rustichella d'Abruzzo as an export-oriented company with a brand that is synonymous with quality craftsmanship and made in Italy excellence. Description of products/services: Premium artisan pasta produced by: - using high quality durum wheats with a high content of excellent proteins and gluten that give an extraordinary tenacity. - using premium bronze dies that give a great roughness and porosity so the pasta always absorb any kind of condiment at the best. - carrying out an gentle and long drying process up to 56 hours at a very low temperatures (max50), guaranting the maintenance of all the organoteptic and nutritional values of high quality wheat.
