Company Background (for Business Directory): Legal and Commercial Services International Co., Ltd. (LCS) is a legal firm that was established in Bangkok, Thailand in 1999.
LCS offers legal and commercial advice to all types of clients ranging from private individuals and entrepreneurs to large established
corporations. LCS is a one-stop service for all legal matters including initial market research, necessary real estate purchases and requirements to register and manage a Company.
LCS expanded and opened a branch office in Phuket in order to be more accessible and provide better assistance to our clients on the Island.
Description of products/services: Legal services including but not limited to the following:
•Company matters including establishing, restructuring or buying out a company
•Amendments and agreements pertaining to a shareholding re-structuring; •International agreements such as Agency Agreements, Supply and Distribution
Agreements, Employment Agreements;
•Real Estate matters including Sale and Purchase Agreements, Lease Agreements and
Land Department dealings
•Accounting matters such as setting-up a new company bank account and management of accounts
•Registration of trademarks, patents, permits, licenses and BOI applications •Work Permit Applications & Extensions
