Position: Female Diamond Sales Executive

Nice Diam Co., Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our diamond sales team.

Job Responsibilities

* Communicate with existing and potential customers and understand their diamond requirements.
* Present and sell diamonds according to customers’ specifications, quality requirements, and budgets.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients.
* Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, samples, orders, and deliveries.
* Identify new customers and business opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
* Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
* Provide professional and responsive customer service.
* Assist the company in achieving its sales targets and expanding its customer base.

Requirements

* Gender: Female
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Languages: Thai and English are required.
* Knowledge of additional languages such as French or Italian would be an advantage.
* Sales experience is preferred; experience in diamonds, jewellery, or luxury products would be an added advantage.
* Confident, presentable, responsible, and customer-oriented.
* Willing to learn about diamonds, pricing, specifications, and customer requirements.
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
