Thai-Italian Chamber to Showcase Opportunities in Milan

Bangkok, 23 Sep 2024 - The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is proud to announce that its Secretary General, Mr. Giacomo Iobizzi, will participate as a distinguished speaker at the upcoming conference on “Thai-Land of New Economy and New Opportunities" organized by Regione Lombardia in collaboration with Confindustria Lombardia and the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI).

The event will take place in Milan, Italy on October 2, 2024, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Palazzo Lombardia, Sala Solesin, and is targeted at Lombardy-based businesses and organizations interested in exploring the exciting opportunities available in the rapidly growing Thai market.

On behalf of President Federico Cardini, the Secretary General will share his expertise in fostering business relationships between Italy and Thailand, offering insights into key sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, and technology. His presentation will provide valuable strategies for Italian companies looking to expand their operations in Thailand and benefit from the country's dynamic economic environment.

In addition to Mr. Iobizzi, the event will be graced by the presence of Ambassador of Italy to Thailand, H.E. Paolo Dionisi, along with other prominent speakers including the President of Regione Lombardia Attilio Fontana, the President of Confindustria Lombardia, Francesco Buzzella, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Italy H.E. Puttaporn Ewtoksan, and a Director of Foreign Investments of the Board of Investment of Thailand, Mrs. Tanita Sirisup.

Additionally, TICC member company, Vittoria Tyres and TICC Industrial Committee's Chairman Mr. Alberto La Lumia will attend the event with the presentation of the success in Thailand.

These esteemed guests will offer a comprehensive overview of the business landscape and investment potential in Thailand.

The conference will feature presentations, success stories of Italian businesses in Thailand, and conclude with a Q&A session where attendees can directly engage with experts to discuss opportunities and challenges in the Thai market.
