Rustichella d'Abruzzo MasterClass Delights Industry Professionals

Bangkok, 8 July 2024 - The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of today's "Rustichella d'Abruzzo - Professional MasterClass", held in the Kitchen & Lounge Area of TICC Connect. The event started with a brief presentation of Rustichella d'Abruzzo by Ms. Vittoria dell'Anna, Marketing & Communication associate at Virgilio - Creating Value, who highlighted the premium features and qualities of Rustichella d'Abruzzo pasta. 

The Professional Masterclass was led by Mr. Miro Mattalia, Executive Chef at Cetara Restaurant in Bangkok. Chef Miro, to whom we extend our gratitude for his support and collaboration, prepared four delicious Italian pasta dishes using only Rustichella d'Abruzzo pasta combined with the finest ingredients: calamarata con ragu’ di tonno, featuring calamarata pasta with a flavorful tuna ragu; Garganelli con pasta di salsiccia e cime di rapa, a combination of garganelli pasta with savory sausage and broccoli rabe; fettucine con peperoni e vongole affumicate, blending fettucine pasta with smoked clams and peppers; Maccheroni al forno alla Gricia, baked maccheroni enriched with guanciale and Pecorino Romano cheese.

The event was met with enthusiastic participation from F&B professionals, who appreciated the opportunity to experience Rustichella d'Abruzzo's premium products firsthand and network with industry peers. TICC is delighted with the event's success, which further strengthens cultural and gastronomic ties between Thailand and Italy.
