[PPR] Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce Hosts Successful Vegan Pastry Masterclass in collaboration with Conserve Italia (Cirio)
Bangkok, 07 October 2024 - The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Cirio recently concluded an exclusive Vegan Pastry Masterclass led by the renowned Chef Khun Mink, owner of The Fantasy of Baking Story. The event offered participants a unique opportunity to delve into the art of crafting exquisite vegan pastries using premium ingredients, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Francesco Cioffi, representative of Conserve Italia Soc Coop Agricola (Cirio), as well as to EWTA, distributor of Cirio, and Heritage Snacks & Food Co., Ltd. for providing essential ingredients in support of Chef Mink.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Mink, (ALMA), participants gained hands-on experience in preparing both savory and sweet vegan pastries suitable for any occasion. The masterclass covered a wide variety of techniques, including the use of plant-based alternatives to create mouthwatering treats, ensuring that participants left with valuable culinary knowledge.
The event featured engaging sessions on creating savory and sweet vegan pastries, with dishes such as Leb Lentils Tofu Bag, Penne Nam Prik Ong, and Coconut Caramel Upside-Down Oats Cake. After the demonstrations, attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and receive insightful tips from Chef Mink.
