[PPR] BuonDee EP.5: Bronze Cut Pasta Tasting Experience

Bangkok, 28 June 2024 - The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is delighted to share the success of the latest "BuonDee" event, held at the newly opened TICC Connect area.

BuonDee, meaning "good" in Italian and Thai, is a rebranding of last year's Italian Wine Appreciation Club. The project aims to promote Italian food & beverage and etiquette in Thailand, enhancing the participants' experience to another level.

Under the theme of "Bronze Cut Pasta Tasting Experience", BuonDee episode 5, was co-organized with Cirio, Garofalo, EWTA, KCG Corporation, and Food Gallery. 
We are  thankful to all sponsors for the unfailing support and we extend our gratitude to Chef Francesco Deiana, Chef Partner & Co-Founder of La Dotta Pasta Bar & Restaurant. 

Combining high-quality tomato products from Cirio, premium pasta from Garofalo, Parmigiano Reggiano 24 months from Food Gallery, and the professional cooking skills of Chef Francesco, BuonDee ep. 5 truly represented a an unforgettable moment for our guests. 
The event began with a 15-minute in-depth presentation from Mr. Sandro Zanello from Garofalo, who explained about the brand's history, pasta production process, and packaging style. Together with being a premium brand, Garofalo represents Italian passion, a commitment to quality, and a long line of tradition. 
Following the presentation, Chef Francesco prepared four types of authentic pasta dishes from Italy, which are: Pasta all'Arrabbiata, Pasta al Basilico, Pasta alla Napoletana, and Pasta alla Puttanesca.
