Company Background (for Business Directory): The Food School is a collaborative platform for regenerative culinary education based in Bangkok, Thailand. Through the industry's best resources, The Food School's aim is to connect food enthusiasts, creative entrepreneurs, as well as aspiring professionals to thrive in the food community and build a unique, sustainable educational ecosystem. Established in 2021, our school culminates in first-class practices through the unification of investors from recognizable backgrounds, including Dusit International, Glowfish, and Allied Metals (Thailand). Along with one of our partner schools, ALMA - The School of Italian Culinary Arts, who made their first investment outside of Italy, joining the outstanding list of our stakeholders.
Description of products/services: Our progressive training combines learning principles that help students prevail in the food and hospitality industry through our world standard's Certificated Courses, developed by renowned partner schools, including ALMA, Tsuji and Dusit Thani College. Futhermore, we also offer essential programmes for everyone in Master Classes & Short Courses in Italian and Japanese cuisine, coupled with exclusive courses in innovative pastry, confectionery arts, and coffee classes pioneered by The Food School. Being the first culinary school in Thailand to offer a food business incubator programme, students can take advantage of our state-of-the-art learning facility and extensive accommodations to thrive in their career.
