Company Background (for Business Directory): Bangkok Patana School is the original British international school in Bangkok, founded 60 years ago. A non-profit Foundation, the school has an enrolment of about 2,200 students of 60+ different nationalities, with British and European students making up about 31.13 percent. This superbly resourced 17-hectare campus include state of the art classrooms and IT facilities, three swimming pools, Primary and Secondary Libraries, an indoor sports centre, tennis courts and sports fields. The school is also home to a modern Science Centre and an Arts Centre that offers world-class facilities for students, teachers and the community.

Description of products/services: Our mission is to ensure that students of different nationalities grow to their full potential as independent learners in a caring British international community. Students range from 18 months to 18 years of age and follow the English National Curriculum until they sit IGCSE examinations at 16. Senior students take the International Baccalaureate Diploma or Certificate and go onto attend leading universities in UK and throughout the world. More than 400 extra- curricular activity sessions are offered each week. These and programmes such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award and the community service activities help us develop global citizens who shape their world through independence, empathy, creativity and critical thinking.
