The candidate, reporting functionally to the Global Sales of the Plastic Division, will be engaged in managing the team of Sales Area Managers for Plastic and Rubber in the markets covered by the Company (Asia excluding SAARC, Oceania).


Specifically, within the team, the resource will be responsible for:
• Achieving agreed sales results in terms of volume, margin, and product mix.
• Developing new business contacts to support the company's growth in the assigned region and maintaining business relationships with existing partners, OEMs, and customers.
• Agreeing with collaborators on the expected sales volumes in the market (Sales Budget) for each year, to be submitted to the Global Sales Division Manager.
• Maintaining an updated quarterly sales volume forecast for the next 4 quarters.
• Developing the sales strategy with the sales management in accordance with local market needs and business culture.
• Increasing brand awareness and customer understanding of the Company.
• Providing regional Sales Managers with guidelines for maintaining existing sales channels and encouraging the opening of new ones.
• Supporting the professional growth of team members.
• Assisting the marketing team in gathering information for the development and promotion of new products and market trends.


Requirements
Skills/Soft Skills Required:
• Ability to comprehensively understand current market situations and demands in Asia for premium brands.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills in English (Italian or German is a plus).
• Good predisposition to interpersonal relationships.
• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development in the B2B sector in Asia.
• Flexibility and capacity to manage workload and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Good knowledge of basic software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to use IT tools for commercial tasks and coordination with corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Energy) or an equivalent field, has gained experience in sales management in companies manufacturing machines for plastic transformation and auxiliary equipment in Asia. Knowledge of plastic processes, especially injection molding, is highly desirable.
